Parcel arrived

Thank you my parcel arrived safely on Wednesday 3rd June. Not being an email
user I have been slow to respond, but have now organized an email address of
my own. I am very pleased with the kit and looking forward to watching the
DVD's.

I teach embroidery, mainly my own stumpwork designs however I'm looking
forward to the freedom of the ribbon work in the kit. My students thought
the threads were delightful, they will check my progress with interest. Two
ladies also plan to order the kit. Thank you again for your prompt response
with the order. You have a wonderful website.
Kind regards

Hi Di en al die ander begaafde dames
Ek is tans besig met my eerste projek. Ek geniet dit vreeslik. Wat so maklik lyk as Rabia ( my baie begaafde leermeesteres) dit doen, vat my gewoonlik 4 keer so lank.

Completing the "Bottom's Up" design from your new Dreamscapes book has
become an obsession and I find myself rushing through any other work which
has to be done so that I can continue to embroider. I've found the book
thoroughly inspirational and not at all difficult. Even though the Bottoms
Up design seems to be for experienced embroiderers I have not found this to
be the case at all, and would recommend it for beginners as well. Waiting in
anticipation for the next book ..... Keep it up Di !!

Dear Renn,
I received the parcel yesterday and I just can't find the words that will
tell you how wonderful it is! I wish you lived closer to Norway so that I
could take lessons with you. Not having you here, I do hope I will manage to
work this out myself. I read in your newsletter that you will be going to
London next year to attend a show. Please tell me which one? Is it the
knitting and stitching show in October? Will you be giving lessons? I will
visit the "show" in Birmingham in February.

In Norway we don't have anything like your products. It is quite hard to
make Norwegians try something new and embroidering is not "modern". Here you
are "modern" only if you go to work outside home and leave the children in
the kindergarten from early morning to late evening. When I tell friends
that I left my job as an office manager in the community system to stay at
home with our children and now when they are 7 and 9 still not want to go
back to that kind of work, they think I am "funny".... I started my little
business here at home 3 years ago and this last year I have increased the
sale by 75%. I give workshops and love to meet others that are interested in
embroidery.

Well I have to go now, but once again; thank you for the wonderful products
you make and for sending them to me. I do hope we will do deal with each
other for a long loooong time.

By the way, will it be possible to have your books translated to Norwegian?

We had some snow during the night and it is so nice to look through the
windows. Have a wonderful day.

Best wishes from Tone

Dear Werner,

Thank you so much. I made a copy and it came out great. I will now be able
to view up close what my embroidery is supposed to look like after each
block!

Once again, you have given superior customer service.

Thanks,

Hello Renn and Di,

I have just put my order through and just can't wait to
receive it. I work from home and am putting extra hours as of today to be
certain I can free at least one day to start on it when it arrives as I know
I will not be able to stop myself from starting this project once the kit
gets here.

I have never sewn or embroidered anything in my life so it is a
whole new world that you have opened for me with your wonderful designs.

My younger girls are already glued to your first Ribbon and stumpwork book,
I'll make sure they too learn to occupy themselves with needlework while
watching TV.

Very warm regards from France

Dear Renn and Di,
I was camped out at the P.O. on Wed. waiting for my parcel to arrive, and I
am absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much for getting it here so fast and
for the care you took in making sure I have everything I need. I also want
to thank you so very much for the two beautiful kits that you sent me as a
gift - I am delighted!!!!!!
Many thanks,

Flower Fairy book
I received my Fairy Book, printed fabrics and ribbons from you yesterday,
Jan. 23!!!! You posted it, I believe on Jan. 17. Wow, was I surprised that
it arrived so soon.

I have not started reading the book nor sewing anything yet, but wanted to
give you my "first impression".

The book is beautiful, beautiful and the printed fabrics as well. Love the
quality of the fabric. I almost hesitate to do any sewing on them for fear I
will not do them justice. However, when I paged thru the book, I know there
is no reason for me not to either know how to embellish them or how to do
any of the stitching.

Your photography is very clear and beautiful. Such a pleasure to just look
at. I have been a sewing teacher in the past, written instructions and
patterns. It is difficult to write instructions so that they are relatable
to everyone; complete, clear and concise. I have a huge library of at
least 300 books relating to every phase of stitchery imaginable, and I
think that this book is truly the very best.

These little fairies just seem so very realistic because of the photography,
like it wouldn't surprise me to see one perched on my arm! Thanks ever so
much. You and your fairies are part of my life now......at least if I am
not working on these projects every day, I will look at them when I enter
my sewing room, and smile and feel good. Can't wait to share them with my
granddaughters...

Have a great day....
